Hailing from the islands of Trinidad & Tobago, Zareef brings 10+ years of software development and product management experience to the team. Zareef migrated to Canada to pursue an undergraduate degree in Statistics and Computer Science at the University of Waterloo. After attempting a few “learning experience” business ventures, he obtained a Master’s degree in Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Smith School of Business. The combination of technical and business knowledge allows him to understand your unique business needs and create high performance technical solutions with an active focus on data driven results. Zareef has worked with companies ranging in size from 1 to 100, 000+ employees across a range of industries and can understand the unique challenges that specific business' must overcome in order to achieve their goals. Zareef is also passionate about social enterprises and dabbles in triathlons.
