Pro Works Painting is one of the largest painting franchises in Canada, with more than 20 franchisees. When we started in October 2024, the site ranked for 50 keywords, few of them on page one, and the brand didn't show up in AI search at all.
We built content that answers what homeowners actually search for, like what an exterior paint job should cost and who the painters are in Kelowna or Lethbridge. Other sites started linking to it, domain authority rose from 15 to 21, and a year later the site ranks for 900 keywords and gets 1,600 clicks a month from organic search. Franchisees reported more than $3 million in booked jobs over the same year.
