Beedie is one of Canada's largest industrial developers. Every new strata business centre they bring to market needs its own brand to help sell units to business owners and investors, often before the building is finished.
We designed the branding for five of them: The North Quad in Surrey, Skyline Business Centre in Chilliwack, RISE at Point Trotter in Calgary, FIVE66 in Balzac and Three Oaks in Oakville. Each got its own logo, icon and visual identity, carried through brochures, business cards, signage and stationery.
The challenge was giving each centre its own personality while keeping all five recognizably Beedie.
We had a great experience working with Brandcamp to develop the branding for our five business centres. They took the time to understand each location, our target audience, and the overall vision for our business, creating a cohesive brand identity that still allowed each centre to stand out. From the initial concepts to the final execution, the team was professional, creative, and easy to work with. The end result gave our business centres a much stronger and more consistent brand presence. We’d highly recommend Brandcamp to any business looking for help with branding and marketing!
