See where your business shows up on Google Maps from 25 spots around your location, who's beating you, and how far your reach goes. Results in under a minute.
1. Find your business on Google Maps by name and city.
2. Enter the search your customers use, like "painters near me", and pick how big an area to check.
3. We search Google Maps from 25 points in a grid around you and colour each one by your position, from green (top 3) to grey (not in the top 20).
Google Maps shows different results depending on where the person searching is standing. A grid scan checks your position from many points around your business, so you can see where you show up and where you disappear.
Distance is one of the three things Google uses to rank local results, along with relevance and prominence. Close to your address you win on distance. Further out, you need stronger relevance and prominence, like your categories, website, reviews and mentions elsewhere, to beat businesses closer to the searcher.
It's a snapshot. Results shift during the day, between devices and with what Google knows about each searcher. Use it to see the pattern, then rescan the same search and area over time to track progress.
It's the box of three businesses Google shows above the regular results for local searches. Ranking in the top 3 on Google Maps at a spot usually means you show in the map pack there too.
We'll scan your full area, compare you with your top competitors and show you what to fix first.
